OUR COMPANY PROFILE

Roberson Roofing Inc. was established back in 1967 - 40 years ago - by James O. Roberson.   At the present time they are located on N. Orchard Street in Ormond Beach but their first premises was located on 11th Street, Holly Hill.  Mr. Roberson Senior decided to step down in 1990 after 23 years in the business and after having established the good name and good workmanship that the company now enjoys.

James O. Roberson has 6 sons, 4 of whom are involved in the running of this family business.   Richard Roberson is the President of the company and his brother James A Roberson (JR) is the Vice President.   Dale Roberson is involved in giving estimates, supervising roofing crews and specializes in all forms of repair work.  The remaining brother is Doug Roberson who also supervises the roof crews together with specializing in some of the more intricate work such as "torch-downs" or tar and gravel roofs.

The four brothers have succeeded in complimenting their fathers' good beginnings by enabling the business to grow about 8 times its size over the last 17 years.  They are the first to admit that they could not have done this without all the hard work from their employees and all the support from their long term customers.

All of the family are involved with and supportive of various charities in the area, the Father Lopez High School in Daytona Beach being just one of them.  They have been supporting that particular charity for 4 years now.

The President of the company, Rick Roberson, is very active in the community especially with the youngsters.  He is the Manager/coach of the Ormond Beach Soccer Club and has been giving his personal time to them for about 16 years.  His team are between the ages of 14 and 16.  This year he took the club to Atlanta where the youngsters competed in the Atlanta Cup.  He is also a member of the Florida Youth Soccer Association.
